Baby Birthday: Aila!

It was this little cutie's first birthday last Sunday! She wore a pretty yellow dress and silver shoes that made her look like a baby version of Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

From the looks of it, I think she had a blast (even if she won't remember-but that's why we have photos!)
After attempting to blow the candle, her dad let her play with the confetti on the floor, which to my amusement was so liberating for her. Her dad said, "Go ahead! It's your birthday, you can do whatever you want!" So she got her hands dirty and played with some party poppers. Such a rockstar.
