Life has been really good. In terms of pursuing photography, I feel like I'm on the right track.
Surprising news that I get to undergo an apprenticeship under a well-known local photographer who has been asked by so many students (but has never accepted one) is such a blessing. I found it quite interesting how she read between the lines of my email to her and saw genuine excitement and seriousness about photography. It's quite amazing, really.
It's been close to 6 months since I quit my day job. I haven't regretted anything so far. Everyday is different, I get to meet random people and I get to do what I love.
I've been learning a lot and have been craving to shoot more. So if you want to collaborate, email me (tabitha.fernan@yahoo.com)! I'm up for anything. Campaigns, personal projects, products, food.
I just really want to keep the creative juices flowing and want to be surrounded by passionate people - which I think is very important.
I'm also happy to say that my website is now up and running! Woot woot!
